Automated USIM Profile checking in seconds

Simply provide USIMprofiler with a Golden Profile (any SIM or USIM which has already been checked thoroughly) then the SIM/USIM profile to be tested and USIMprofiler will provide you with a comprehensive report of all the differences between those cards, including:

Answer to Reset
Presence of files and directories
File types and structures
File sizes, record lengths, number of records
File content
File Access Conditions
Extra files/directories*

It only takes a couple of minutes to scan each profile, and the subsequent report generation is less than a second!

*Any files and/or directories on the profile under test, but not actually on the Golden Profile

Comprehensive profile comparison report

USIMprofiler produces a detailed, but easier readable comparison report, which lists each and every difference between the profile under test and the Golden Profile.

Fully customisable scan

You can easily modify and increase the coverage of the scan to include proprietary directories and files, no matter how many directory levels.

The comparison report USIMprofiler produces will include details of the actual scan used for reference if required.

Locate specific file data quickly on either profile

All data on stored the card is represented in a tree structure, rather like in Windows Explorer.

Using this, it is easy to navigate from the Master File through other Dedicated Files (e.g. USIM Application Directory) down to the particular Elementary File you want to review.

Full and automatic translation of SIM content

USIM Profiler understands the 3GPP TS 31.XXX specifications.

With this knowledge it is able to provide a detailed translation of SIM/USIM content. The raw hex data is available too.

Using a simple text-based editor, you can teach USIMprofiler how to translate proprietary file content too.

Support for Administrative access codes

USIM Profiler allows you to enter the corresponding ADMIN access codes for both the Golden and Test Profiles.

Even if these are not know, USIMprofiler will still produce a report for you - detailing any files where the content could not be read (and therefore compared).

USIMprofiler will even remember codes so you only ever need to enter them once!

Works with any PC/SC card reader

USIMprofiler is designed to work with any card reader, provided the reader is compatible with the PC/SC standard (nearly all the latest card readers are).

Works with all 3G USIM/UICC cards

Quantaq Solutions does not manufacture smart cards. Therefore, unlike some other tools, USIMprofiler is not tied to any specific make of card.

Quantaq advises that you always use independent tools to analyse/manipulate SIM/USIM content.
