Output File Formats
If you encounter an output file format that is not recognised by
SIMregistrar,
Quantaq is able to quickly develop for you a dedicated processing filter so
that data from the file can be read.
Each single-user licence of
SIMregistrar
allows you two free filter developments, a development being
the ability to process a single*
output file. If you have already used this up you can still request
developments at a cost of GBP 75.00 each.
If you would like Quantaq
to develop one or more processing filters, please carry out the following
steps:
|
Step 1 |
Create a special 'sanitised' version of
your output file by clicking on Tools | Create Sanitised Output
File from the
SIMregistrar menu, then
selecting the output file in question.
The resulting sanitised
file is exactly the same as the original, but all sensitive
information is replaced with zeros (e.g. "A2842E56" becomes
"00000000").
|
|
Step 2 |
Open the sanitised output
file in Windows Notepad and check that it no longer contains any sensitive
data. If
there are lines of text with many fields of '0000' and there is no
indication anywhere else in the file what each field is, please can
you provide us with that information in an email. |
|
Step 3 |
Contact us via support, attaching
the sanitised file.
We'll aim to develop a
filter for you within 48 hours.
|
If you have any questions
regarding Output File Filters, please
email us.
*If data for a SIM card
is spread across 2 or more output files (e.g. IMSI/PIN in one and ADM
codes in another) then you'll require 2 or more developments
