Retrieve
information stored in the SIM
Open up the phone, remove the
SIM and
place it into the card reader. In
seconds
SIMdetective will read information from the SIM and create
a report. [note]
You can view the report on the screen
or print it out. You can even customise the report sections if you
wish.
Note: The
data on the SIM is not changed in any way. |

A
detailed, but easy to read report
You don't need to have prior
knowledge of mobile phones or SIMs. The report details everything
very clearly and provides lots of explanatory notes.
Sections include:
Identification information
(network provider, country of origin etc.)
Personalised telephone numbers (e.g. "JOHN",
"ALEX")
Text messages
Recent telephone numbers dialled
(including names where known)
The last location the phone was used, and on which network
SIMdetective
provides you with the option of adding your own notes to the report
too. |
|

|
View
personalised numbers in the order they were entered
Nearly all mobile phones list numbers
in alphabetical order, but the order in which the numbers were first
entered by the user can provide clues about persons close to the
user or numbers that are frequently called.
SIMdetective
is able to show you that order. |
|

|
Establish
the location of telephone numbers
SIMdetective knows the international
dialling codes of all countries and is able to show the country name
next to international numbers.
For example, "+34" is
Spain. |
 |
SIMdetective
also knows the locations for area codes within the UK. For example,
numbers starting with "0207352" are located in Chelsea, London.
It is easy to add area codes for
other countries too. |
|

|
View
deleted text messages
When text messages
stored in the SIM are deleted by the
user, many phones simply mark these messages as being deleted - the
messages themselves remain stored on the SIM.
SIMdetective
recovers deleted text messages
where possible
and reports them. |

Works
with all GSM mobile phones worldwide
GSM is an international standard, and
even though there are hundreds of different phones out there, they
all adopt a standard SIM design.

This
